IMP10S/FLW10S

One transmitter, three measurements with multivariable pressure transmitters

IMP10S

Enhance Profitability

Multivariable transmitters combine absolute pressure, differential pressure, sensor and electronics temperatures, and process temperature measurements into a single device. By replacing three separate instruments, they cut costs in mass flow setups by around 40%, thanks to fewer devices, reduced penetrations, valves, wiring, and I/O modules. This saves on installation time and expenses without sacrificing reliability or accuracy. Additionally, their DTM file simplifies setup without dedicated software.

Improve Accuracy

Installing a single instrument minimizes flow impact and ensures measurement accuracy. Enhanced sensor technology and built-in calculation features enable the transmitter to compensate for temperature, pressure, density, or viscosity variations, delivering precise readings.

IMP10S Product Description

The IMP10S multivariable transmitter digitally transmits absolute pressure, differential pressure, process temperature, and internal sensor/electronics temperatures. Ideal for integrating multiple measurements into monitoring, control, or calculation systems, it offers HART or Modbus digital communication options.

FLW10S Product Description

Using measured process pressure and temperature, the FLW10S continuously calculates process fluid density thanks to comprehensive flow equations embedded. When used with any of a variety of differential pressure producing primary flow devices, the transmitter calculates highly accurate pressure and temperaturecompensated mass or volumetric flow rate. The transmitter provides full dynamic compensation for all variables affecting the flow rate calculation. With this impressive meter, differential pressure at full flow can be as low as 0.12 kPa (0.5 inH2O or 1.2 mbar) and as high as 210 kPa (840 inH2O or 2.1 bar).
