SS 1/8" Nipple
Description
Laser drilled nipples are used in a variety of flow related fields, such uses include critical flow orifices and flow restriction. They can have holes laser drilled in a range of diameters from 1µm to 1000µm. Custom micron hole sizes are also available upon request. They also have the choice of either being optically measured or flow calibrated, with flow calibration being a more accurate measurement of the small orifice than optical measurement.
Application
The SS 1/8" Nipple may be used for inline applications, critical flow orifices, flow reduction, gas/liquid separators, needle valve replacement, gas mixing, and pressure reduction. Optically measured holes are not guaranteed to meet a specified flow rate.
